Nitze-Stagen is developing an 8-story multifamily project with ground floor authentic retail and 203 workforce and affordable studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartment homes. Swift will feature multiple South facing roof top amenity decks with neighborhood and mountain views, along with a level 8 club house for tenant use.

Swift will include a public plaza with lush landscaping, art sculptures, and mosaic benches crafted by a local artist in collaboration with community youth. Nitze-Stagen is also collaborating with a second local artist on an interior mural to be featured in the lobby.

Just a block away from the Othello Light Rail station, future residents will be less than 15-minutes from Pioneer Square, Capitol Hill, Downtown Urban Core, South Lake Union, University of Washington, Roosevelt, and Northgate. The Light Rail also connects to Sea-Tac International Airport, making it a transit passport and car ownership truly optional. However, for those who choose to drive, the project will include secured underground parking for vehicles and bikes.

The site proximate to Atrium Court, a 271-unit apartment building of which Nitze-Stagen principals are sponsors and were involved with its design. That project is slated for completion in 2026.

The project will be part of Nitze-Stagen’s multi-family portfolio that is focused on developing and managing high-quality, financially attainable, mixed-income rental housing that contributes to the vibrancy of the communities in which they are located. The portfolio includes more than 1,500 apartment units in development or management.
